"Products don't hold up..."
I purchased side steps for my RR Sport, and during the warranty period, they have all developed pits and aren't looking too great.
I also got a tailgate switch/handle, and after only a few months, it leaves black marks on your hands every time you touch it, plus it's split.
It's a bummer because their products used to be top-notch.
I've reached out to Bearmach regarding these two issues and will update my review based on how it goes.

"Administration Woes - Kiss That Warranty Goodbye"
Bearmach appeared to be a decent retailer at first, but I've run into a part failure after just 9 months and 2000 miles. When I reached out to them about the warranty, I discovered they've gone into administration. Thankfully, it was just a relatively inexpensive part, but the hassle of replacing it again turns it into a costly affair, and I’m stuck with the bill once more.

"Back Parking Sensor"
Awesome item (back parking sensor), a tad tricky to install, but once it's in, everything's good to go. Delivery was fantastic and way cheaper than the original from LR.

My kid accidentally got the same Landrover parts two times. I reached out to Emma in Customer Services, and she promptly handled the refund—much appreciated! The spare parts for the Defender showed up in just a few days.

"Power Steering Pump for Defender"
I got a new power steering pump for my Defender. It showed up the very next day. This is a non-OEM replacement for my old one, which was leaking and had been around for 25 years. It fit perfectly, but I guess only time will reveal how long it lasts (I'd be thrilled if it lasts another 25 years!).

Got exactly what I wanted (my first order, by the way) delivered in just 36 hours. Pretty great! Curious if it’ll work out next time... However, I’d definitely purchase more if the Bearmach site was simpler to use. Trying to locate what you need without a part number was nearly impossible for me.
